The Limes of Oriental Dacia presented at Ploiești



Between the 25th and 27th august 2016 dr. habil. Alexandru Popa participated in the International Scientific Conference called „The archaeology of the 1st millennium A.D.” held at Ploiești by the Prahova History and Archaeology County Museum. Within the conference he presented the results of the most recent interdisciplinary researches conducted at one of the roman camps in Covasna County. The presentation called „The stone fortification from Comalău after 200 years since it has been first mentioned: roman camp or barbaric fortress” was based on information gathered within the UEFISCDI PN-II-ID-PCE-2011-3-0652 exploratory research project.
